Welcome to the Florida Pavilion, our dedicated area for anyone serious about buying property in the Sunshine State.

We British find a lot to admire in Florida, not least the property which allows luxury living at affordable prices and gives buyers regular access to the wonderful lifestyle, attractions and year-round sunshine on offer.

Our exhibitors travel from the US to bring a range of property experience to A Place in the Sun Live, with many of them British ex-pats who made the move years ago. The main attraction is of course the range of property available from our estate agents (you can call them ‘realtors’ – they like that) and for anyone accustomed to UK prices what’s on offer is spectacular, with a three-bed detached property plus pool matching the average UK house price.

Next up are experts in lettings and property management, tax advice, mortgage availability, a currency exchange specialist and experts on the necessary requirements if you want to make a permanent move to the US. All under one roof and here to speak to you.
