The next A Place in the Sun Live exhibition takes place at NEC Birmingham on 28th - 30th September 2012, where hundreds of agents from around the world will be showcasing their properties for sale and Monarch customers can get unlimited free tickets worth £12 each on the door.

All the popular property buying destinations will be covered, with holiday homes and investment properties for sale in France, Spain, Portugal and Turkey and Florida, so if you're considering buying a holiday home or an investment property abroad, then a trip to A Place in the Sun Live is an absolute must.

Expertise, advice and inspiration for finding your property overseas

As well as the chance to meet property agents from all over the world face-to-face, where you can take the time to get to know them and ask them any burning questions you have, you can also pop along to as many of the free-to-attend Q&A sessions with industry experts as you can squeeze in.

	The Main Stage The A Place in the Sun TV presenters Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin will be appearing on The Main Stage, sharing their top tips and advice on buying property abroad, learnt from years of travelling the globe presenting the A Place in the Sun TV programmes, helping British house-hunters find their dream homes overseas.
	The Buying Advice Theatre If you have any burning questions about buying property abroad, then a visit to The Buying Advice Theatre is a great place to start. Each session will be chaired by Liz Rowlinson, editor of A Place in the Sun magazine where she will be accompanied by a panel of experts discussing important issues to consider when buing property in Spain, Turkey and Cyprus, plus there's a daily session on emigrating if you're thinking of leaving the UK for good. The sessions take a Q&A format, so come prepared with your questions!
	The French Village The French Village showcases thousands of properties for sale from across the country within a dedicated French property seminar theatre giving you all the specialist advice you need from experts such as Duncan Campbell from Siddalls Financial Services and Tony Mason from Soficas, a French healthcare specialist.
	The Portuguese Pavilion The Portuguese Pavilion in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce for the UK will be hosted by bi-lingual Portuguese homeowner Christina Hippisley. Together with Portuguese property experts, Christina will be on hand to guide you through the process of buying a home in Portugal and answer all your questions about buying a property or living in Portugal.
	The Italian Pavilion If you're planning on living La Dolce Vita, then head on over to The Italian Pavilion in association with The Italian Chamber of Commerce, where you can find out about some fantastic properties on sale in the beautiful country of Italy. There will be property agents and developers from Tuscany, Puglia, Umbria with some dream properties for sale.
	The Florida Pavilion The Florida Pavilion in association with Florida Link at A Place in the Sun Live brings together agents, developers, a lettings management company and a foreign currency provider to give visitors everything they need to know about buying a home in Florida and living and working in Florida.
