is the company behind A Place in the Sun magazine, A Place in the Sun Live
exhibitions and aplaceinthesun.com
international property portal. We now require a media sales professional to replace a colleague, leaving after seven years to join the small team in our London Bridge offices to sell advertising, exhibition stands and sponsorship. Our consumer magazine is published quarterly and the exhibitions take place twice a year in London Olympia and the NEC Birmingham.
These market-leading products are used by British consumers interested in buying overseas property; our advertising and exhibiting clients are overseas estate agents, developers and service providers who target British buyers. This is a tough market that requires an experienced media sales professional who can motivate and organise themselves to reach achievable targets. In a team of three and an office of eight there is nowhere to hide, though everything is done to help and encourage all members of the team. You would be involved in all elements of the sales process and work closely with the Editor and Exhibition Director to make sure clients are supported across the business. You would immediately take over an existing client base.
The role pays a good basic salary and including the commission structure means you would expect to earn between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
